What to do when angry? We need to stop literally and breathe. In short, take a break and relax. A person tends to get mad if things are not going right as they want it to be. Challenges are there in our path whether we want it or not. We tend to get mad if the result does not favor us.

An angry situation will result also in an unpleasant scenario if not solved properly. How to solve it? Stop and breathe. When the vision is agitated and you keep pushing hard just to solve the certain scenario, the tendency is more problems will come and your anger will pile up.

It is challenging to solve a problem when we are mad. We might finish it for the sake of accomplishing the problem. The quantity is there but the quality is neglected. The tendency of a solved problem with anger is repetition.

We may not get the result that we want because we finished it with anger. It may be a continuous cycle if we will not do anything about it. Act upon your anger resolution. Take a break and relax.

We can work properly with a pleasant feeling. Come to think of it, more things will unfold if we feel good about life. The answer to your anger is you. How will you handle it? Do not put so much stress because it may result in failure.

Reflect that good feeling in your life. Look at every problem as a challenge and please refrain anger. A challenge can be solved. The joyous feeling will bring more good stuffs in your life.
