Why do we encounter stress anxiety in our daily life? It is simply because things from our workplace, friends, family or financial matters are not going smoothly. We intend to have a harmonious life but when challenges come thus stress will also come along the way if we have no idea about the challenge.
Therefore, sharpen our saw. There is a story about a wise and a hardworking logger. Who will cut the most number of logs? A hardworking logger, cut logs all day without a break but a wise logger, cut logs in a stipulated time to break. At the end of the day, the wise logger has many logs rather than the hardworking one.
How come the wise logger won? Because, the saw of the hardworking logger deteriorate along the process, not knowing that the saw will lose its sharpness along the way. While the wise logger sharpen its saw while in break time therefore, he acquire the most number of cut logs.
In life, hardworking and being smart must go on together. We need to sharpen our saw to beat life’s challenges. It is also recommended to work smart and hard at a given working hours. When time to play then we will play but when the time to work then we will work. Life needs to be balanced. Work smart and spend a quality time with your love ones.
Do
not entertain stress anxiety in life because too much stress might break it. We
have a tendency to be rattled unconsciously when a challenge come along the
way. Why we are afraid? We are anxious because of the end result might not
favor us. Stop and breathe. You are looking at a negative result without
knowing the start of the challenge.
Digest and analyze the challenge first before concluding. Remember, a challenge always has a solution. Come to think of it, the problem you are encountering now might be also the problem you encountered and surpassed before in a different presentation. Open your eyes because there are so many things we need to be thankful.
Learn from your mistakes and grow from it. Remember, once is enough for a wise man. Focus on the goal of having financial freedom in our lives. Always calm our feelings because we can think properly when calmed. Do not allow any challenges to overcome you. Be empowered and overcome your life. Make the most out of it and enjoy the journey.
